Local Staging Service
If you choose this option, the pre-installation of firmware and licences is carried out directly by our staff.
We also carry out the end-customer-specific configuration ourselves according to your or the customer's specifications.
Remote Staging Service
With this variant, the reseller carries out the pre-installation and import of the end-customer-specific configuration himself.

RMA Services
We offer our customers within Switzerland customised RMA services (Return Material Authorisation).
This makes it very easy and uncomplicated for you to return faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods. You can also use our RMA services to have your product repaired particularly quickly and efficiently.
Demo Pools/Trials
With the demo pool devices, we offer our customers the opportunity to test new IT products before purchasing them from a technical and individual point of view.
The test provision of the demo pool devices only lasts a few weeks. This allows you as a customer to check whether the device to be purchased meets your requirements before placing a larger order.
Following the test phase, the units undergo a comprehensive technical and visual inspection by our IT specialists before they are sold.
The devices are thus in very good used condition with few or no signs of wear. The manufacturer's warranty services are also retained.
